Terms of Use

Test beta · Effective 17 September 2026

Pre-launch notice: MAJORITY CALL is operating as an invite-only test beta. The brand has received preliminary screening but has not completed formal trade-mark clearance for public commercial launch.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. The service is operated from South Africa by GSI International (Pty) Ltd. Contact: support@majoritycall.com.

What the service provides

The service lets adults submit dilemmas, vote, and discuss possible choices. Crowd results are informal, anonymous snapshots. They are not representative research and are not medical, legal, financial, mental-health or other professional advice. Do not rely on a vote when safety, health, law or significant money is at stake.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, moderate, display, format and share it only for operating and promoting the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not identify another person without permission.

Safety rules

You must follow the Community Guidelines. Content may be reviewed before publication and removed, restricted or preserved when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or investigation. Access may be limited for abuse, manipulation or repeated violations.

Availability and changes

This is an experimental test beta. Features may change or stop, and uninterrupted availability is not promised. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties and the operator is not liable for decisions made from community content.

Complaints and disputes

Send safety, copyright, privacy or legal complaints to support@majoritycall.com with the relevant link and enough detail to investigate. These terms are governed by South African law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
